Toronto Cocktail Class | Back to Basics : Fall Classics (NOV 12TH 6:30PM)
Our most popular class, made for sweater weather. Same foundational focus on stirring, building, and shaking, with three classics that feel right as the nights get colder.
Guests will learn the essential structure of a cocktail while making three drinks every home bartender should have in their back pocket.
Drinks:
Smoked Maple Old Fashioned (Stir) - fall favourite
Seasonal Tom Collin’s (Build) - a tall, fresh classic
Classic Sour (Shake) - a frothy delight
A fundamentals-focused workshop designed to teach balance, dilution, and proper technique.
Technique focus: Stir, Build, Shake
Hosted at our new home, 163 Sterling Rd, Unit 181, Toronto. Non-alc options available. Every guest has a chance to win a signed copy of For the Love of Cocktails!
