Love of Cocktails (LOC) is Toronto's premier cocktail experience company, founded by hospitality expert Evelyn Chick.
We make world-class cocktail experiences genuinely accessible, whether you're picking up a shaker for the first time or planning an event for 500 people across three time zones.
We run private and corporate cocktail classes, virtual events, and ship handcrafted cocktail kits across Canada and select international destinations. Everything is made and run out of Ahma, our event space on Queen St West.

About Evelyn Chick
Evelyn is a hospitality entrepreneur, certified wine and spirits specialist, and one of Canada's most recognized names in beverage.
She founded Evelyn Chick Projects, home to LOC, Ahma, and SIMPL THINGS, which holds a spot on Canada's 50 Best Bars and was named One to Watch on North America's 50 Best Bars in 2024. Her cocktail book, For the Love of Cocktails, is available at major bookstores across North America. She's a resident drinks expert on CTV's The Good Stuff and The Social, and the founder of Feastie, Toronto's Sip & Snack Festival.
She built LOC because great cocktail experiences shouldn't be complicated or intimidating. They should be fun.
